InnoFlow – Innovation Management Portal (EDF)
InnoFlow is a unified portal designed to centralize and streamline the management of innovation initiatives across multiple EDF departments. The project began with a 3-day internal hackathon and evolved into a 3-month initiative to design, validate, and support the development of a set of Power Apps. I led the full UX effort — from stakeholder workshops to interface design — ensuring the tool was both intuitive and scalable across teams.

Challenges
The main challenge was to align various EDF divisions — each with its own needs and tools — around a shared vision. The existing approach was too complex, with inconsistent workflows and unclear ownership. We had only 3 days to co-design a simplified solution that could be validated and adopted across all teams involved.
Solutions
To initiate the project, we ran a 3-day hackathon involving key stakeholders from across the organization. I led the UX activities during the event: organizing workshops, gathering insights, and creating initial mockups.
Following the hackathon, we refined and completed the designs over the next several weeks, producing high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma. I also supported developers by explaining user flows, validating logic, and ensuring consistency as the apps were built in Microsoft Power Apps.
Results and impact
Aligned multiple departments around a simplified and shared innovation tool
Delivered complete UX and UI design assets adapted to Power Apps constraints
Reduced tool complexity and improved usability across all user roles
Increased adoption thanks to collaborative co-design and clear communication
Provided developers with structured design support, improving implementation speed
UX visuals
These visuals show the design thinking process: co-creation workshops, early wireframes, and journey mapping across departments. They reflect our effort to simplify and unify the user experience.
UI visuals
Here are high-fidelity interface designs created to bring the SI’nergie platform to life. Each screen is tailored to specific user roles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accessibility (RGAA). The UI aligns with EDF’s design system while supporting complex project tracking features.
