SI'nergie – Centralized Governance Platform (EDF, DPNT)
Led the UX/UI design of SI'nergie, a centralized cloud-based governance platform developed for EDF’s Nuclear and Thermal Production Division (DPNT). The platform supports the management and monitoring of on-site innovations. I accompanied business stakeholders from initial framing to final design delivery — conducting UX workshops, creating interactive prototypes, and running user tests to ensure usability, accessibility (RGAA), and alignment with operational needs.

Challenges
One of the main challenges was aligning diverse business needs across multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear and scalable UX vision. Since SI’nergie aimed to centralize governance processes for on-site innovations, it required designing complex workflows that were both intuitive and compliant with EDF’s internal standards, including strict RGAA accessibility requirements.
I also had to bridge the gap between technical constraints and user expectations, working closely with product owners, engineers, and field operators to ensure the solution was both operationally viable and user-friendly. Leading UX workshops with non-design stakeholders and translating their input into actionable design decisions was key to building engagement and securing adoption.
Solutions
To address the complexity of varied user needs, we designed a unified experience tailored to three distinct profiles: security teams, developers, and product owners. I facilitated collaborative workshops with each group to understand their specific workflows and constraints.
Based on these insights, I created adaptive interface flows and prototypes in Figma that streamlined cross-functional project tracking — while ensuring RGAA compliance and technical feasibility through close collaboration with developers.
Results and impact
Successful adoption across all key user groups: security, development, and product ownership.
Created a shared governance tool that ensures end-to-end visibility and accountability throughout the innovation lifecycle.
Enhanced collaboration and reduced friction between roles, leading to smoother project validation and follow-up.
